• Maintaining the security of their account credentials
• Using the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not creating content that infringes on third-party rights

4. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their original content. ViralCast retains ownership of its platform, technology, and AI-generated elements. Users grant ViralCast a license to process and enhance their content as necessary to provide the service.

5. Payment and Refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance. We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are calculated based on unused credits remaining in your account at the time of the request.

6. Limitation of Liability

ViralCast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and any outstanding fees remain due.

8. Changes to Terms

ViralCast reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
